01Why coach

Benefits of coaching

  • You set the day, time and location for practices.
  • Be a part of your players' development.
  • You don't need a child in LBYSO to coach.
  • Certification fees are reimbursed.
  • Your child's player fee is reimbursed (one per head coach).
  • Recruit an assistant coach: 50% of their child's fee is reimbursed.
  • Most importantly, have fun and enjoy the game of soccer!

Spring 2027 coach sign-up

Opens in November.

Coach sign-up is separate from player registration. Fall sign-up usually opens in April or May, and spring sign-up by early November.
