This registration for will allow you to provide information, sign consents and submit payment via credit card. Please read through each page carefully to ensure all information is provided accurately. PLAYER EVALUATIONS
All registered players from U8-U16, who did not play in Fall 2024, are REQUIRED to attend a Player Evaluation (Tentatively January 11th & 12th). If you do not attend one of the player evaluations, you will be placed on a waitlist and we cannot guarantee you a spot for the Spring Season. Information on Player Evaluations will be communicated to you via email and on our social media platforms.
GAMES AND PRACTICES
REFUND POLICY
All requests must be made formally in writing to registrar@lbyso.org. Refunds can only be requested by the parent or guardian of the player being withdrawn. Full refunds will be returned if a player is withdrawn prior to the close of early registration. Refunds requested after early registration will be subject to a $10 administration fee. After rosters are locked on January 27th, there will be NO REFUNDS. However, the Board reserves the right to consider a refund in the event of a medical condition where a player is unable to participate in LBYSO activities. In this scenario, there will still be a $10 admin fee.
Registrations paid by credit card; refunds will be returned to the card used for registration via Playmetrics to the parent/guardian that paid. Refunds only pertain to the registration fee for the player. LBYSO will not refund any processing fees incurred by credit card or bank transactions. This may take 5-10 business days to show up on your bank statement.
DIVISION INFORMATION
The registration system will automatically provide you with the available divisions for your player based on the league age. League age is defined by the actual age of the player as of July 1st of the current season year. Please refer to the US Club Soccer Age Chart to review what league age your player will be for the current season. If our system chooses an incorrect division for your player(s), please review your player’s birth date on the Player Information screen to confirm the birthdate was entered properly.
*Please note – We only have U5, U6, U8, U10, U12, U14 & U16 Divisions. If your players falls between those divisions, they will play under the next highest division. For example: U9 will play U10, U13 will play in U14, etc.

All Head Coaches will receive a FULL refund for one child or player, at the end of the season. Assistant Coaches are another way to help! They receive a 50% refund for one child or player. Interested in coaching? Please contact us and visit Coaches Corner for more info.
**Please note, teams with no coach assigned can experience delays in the start of practices. If you are notified that your child is assigned to a team without a coach, please consider volunteering. We have resources to help guide first-time coaches available.
